The building ensemble becomes a park-like environment. The interplay of structures and multi-layered vegetation gives the area at the entrance to the city its own “green” identity. Different types of trees, groups of shrubs, shrubs and grasses create a sustainable framework with visual aspects that change with the seasons.
The aim of the urban design is a harmonious integration of the new building structure in terms of shapes and dimensions into the existing landscape of Friedrichshafen.
The scale of the project together with the existing district office facility allows for an overall harmonious ensemble.
