The aim of this project is to create something which did not exist in the city of Gjilan, that is THE CENTER OF THE CITY, which meets the present and future needs of its Inhabitants.
The new center of Gjilan was designed with a firmly integrated holistic approach and considers the various elements of the project: the will to create a NEW URBAN SETTING through the architectural and town planning ideas, public spaces and last but not least the strategies for a rational use of the energy and water resources in order to develop a sustainable project.
